Shipping & Delivery

  1. How much do I have to pay for delivery?

    Good news, delivery is always free for the subscription and gift boxes.

    For shop orders, there will be a shipping charge of $4.90. However, there is free shipping when you spend $30 and above!

    Note that the above only applies for orders placed online. For corporate orders, please check with our sales team.

  2. How do I track my box?

    We do not track individual box shipments. but you can contact us if you do not receive your box within 5 business days from shipment.

  3. When will my delivery arrive?

    All shop and gift orders will be delivered within 2-5 working days!

    Subscription box will usually be delivered together with your normal mail within 3 to 5 business days. However, some boxes may take a day or two longer to arrive due to processing delays. There is also no need to worry about being home to sign for your box as our boxes are specially designed to fit into most mailboxes.

  4. How are my boxes delivered?

    All subscription boxes are delivered by our friendly pals at the Singapore postal service (singpost).

    Gifts boxes are specially delivered via courier to your recipient to make sure that they receive the perfect gift experience.

    Shop orders will be delivered via courier too!

  5. How do I know if my order has been sent?

    For Shop orders: An email will be sent to you once your box is being shipped.

    For Subscription: You can log into your account to find out about the order status of your box by checking your "subscription history" in your account.

  6. What should I do if i do not receive my snacks?

    Can't locate your tasty snacks?! First, verify that your shipping address in your account is correct. If the address is correct, scanning the area is always a good idea. Possibly your neighbour picked up your package for its safety. Did the postman give your snacks to your neighbour by accident? If you still can't find any evidence of your delivery, check the area for a delivery notice.

    If your address is an office with a mailroom, it could still be winding its way through the system. we suggest giving the mailroom folks a call to check-in.
